Region/ location
Central Greece. the grapes for the production of Sauvignon blanc come from the vineyard on the area of livadorahi of total area of 2 ectars at an altitude of 400-450 m. loam clay soil with excellent drainage because of the inclined grounds.

Vinification method and maturation
After harvesting the grapes the method of pre-fermentation extraction antioxidant environment to reinforce the original aromas and then the alcoholic fermentation of juice in classified temperatures no higher than 16 C. maintenance of wine for two months on light lees with regular stirring before bottling.

A wine with a bright yellow color and light green highlights. Particularly expressive nose with intense aromas of white flowers, white peach and tropical fruits. Crisp with good acidity, characteristic of the variety and fresh, clean taste. Long lasting aftertaste with the perfumes remaining throughout its duration.

Food pairings
It can accompany light meals, smoked cheese, meats, seafood, fruits, pork or lamb with lemon sauce. Best served at 8-10º C.
