Wine composition
60% Mavroudi, 40% Μerlot

Region/ location
In central Greece between the two mountains of Parnassos and Giona in Pergamos and Anamero the varieties Mavroudi and Merlot are cultivated, making up the Red Erohos. The vineyard is located at an altitude of 450 meters and the soil has loam clay texture, it is sloping up and it is providing good drainage.

Vinification method & Maturation
After careful screening of the grape , both grape varieties are driven separately in stainless steel tanks where the alcoholic fermentation takes place. The maintenance of the juice with the pomace ranges from five to eight days, because of varying degrees of maturation that the two varieties have.

Deep red in color with purple hues. Rich aroma of forest fruit and intense tannins.

Food pairings
It goes well with grilled red meat, game meat with red sauses and mature cheese.Best served at 16-18º C.
